The concordance between manual and automated FISH evaluation for chromosome 9 was satisfactory for 25 out of 33 instances (76 ; = 0.65). When we excluded the two circumstances with weak signals for both 9p and 9q, this concordance enhanced to 25 / 31 situations (81 ; = 0.69).
